Company history

We have the experience in running a business as well as lawn care, window washing and home cleaning services. Steve has numerous satisfied customers in lawn care. Rick has numerous years window washing. Rick managed one of the largest insulation companies on the east coast of the United States. Rick and Lori have lived in Charlotte County since the early 90's.

Absolute Value Services All of Charlotte County and Southern Sarasota Counties. We service Punta Gorda, Port Charlotte, Englewood, Venice and Northport.

The owners, Steve Schoenagel and Rick Westman are a father and son team. Steve moved here from Pennsylvannia, where he was in Landscaping. Rick moved here from New York where he managed a large insulation firm. Steve is married to michelle with a 6 year old son and Rick is married to Lori with 3 sons, a daughter, a grandson and granddaughter. Rick has his youngest son in Spain teaching english. His daughter is a Penn State graduate. She has moved back to SW Florida and become an adoption case manager in Naples. Rick's middle son is in the Air Force and has made the family pround serving his second tour in Iraq. He has also served tours of duty in Saudi Arabia, Quitar and Korea.

Steve's wife Michelle joined the company to add in her experience in home cleaning. Michelle worked on some fantastic homes in Pennsylvannia for 15 years.

Our newest addition is Lori Westman who has signed aboard to work hand in hand with her husband. Lori brings a wealth of experience in all departments. Lori has worked in Charlotte County for over 15 years. She is held in high esteem in the local business world.
